Ten chapters meditating on notions of escape, flight and falling, Detritus continues a fascination with Ilya Kabakov’s installation The man who flew into space from his apartment. The text was used in an installation as part of the Radiator Festival for New Technology Art 2005 and has been published in Staple magazine and read at Lowdham Book Festival and Nottingham Writers' Studio Showcase.
